We would advise you to use the latest Firefox or Internet Explorer browsers to gain the most from our site.

Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode
For added online payment security we participate in Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode. These services are becoming standard practice amongst most websites and are offered by Visa and MasterCard in association with the bank that has issued your credit / debit card. It helps protect your details when shopping online by ensuring your card is not being used by someone else. If the credit / debit card you’re using to pay for your order qualifies for one of these services (not all cards do), you will be taken to a page hosted by your card issuer. The information you provide will never be shared with other parties, is completely secure and private and will only be visible to you and your card issuer. If your card qualifies and you haven’t registered it before, you will need to follow the on-screen instructions to register securely and create a password for your card. Your password is used as an online shopping code that you’ll be able to use to identify yourself and your card when shopping online at other participating websites. It’s basically the online equivalent of chip and pin which is used on the high-street. Once registered, you will be taken back to the Medi-Tag site to complete your order. If you’re unsure about this service we recommend that you contact your card issuer to find out more about the service, as they will eventually require you to register to continue shopping online. If you have already registered your card, you will be required to use your password on future online transactions. If you would like to learn more about these services or have any difficulty with the process, please contact your card issuer who should be able to assist you.

Security of your Personal Details
Medi-Tag staff may send you emails from time to time. Please note we will never send an email asking for your security information or log on details, or direct you to a web page that asks for this information.

Safety and security tips

• If you are using a public computer, always log out and close the browser when you have finished.
• Keep your passwords private. Anybody who knows your password may access your details.
• When creating a password we suggest you use a combination of letters and numbers this gives the highest security rating. Do not use your name, email address, or other personal information that can be easily obtained.
