Box 17000, Birmingham, B32 9HZ, UK. Medi-Tag, including subsidiaries and affiliates provides the information contained on this website or any of the pages comprising the website (“website”) to visitors (referred to as “you/your”) subject to the terms and conditions set out in these website terms and conditions, the security and privacy policy and any other relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices which may be applicable to a specific section or module of this website.

Intellectual Property
The content of this website is protected by copyright, trademarks, database and other intellectual property rights. You may retrieve and display the content of the website on a computer screen, store such content in electronic form on disk (but not any server or other storage device connected to a network) or print one copy of such content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices. Save as is necessary for the purpose of a medical emergency or awareness training for emergency staff and healthcare personnel, without written permission you may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the website.

Medi-Tag reserves the right at any time to change or discontinue without notice, any aspect or feature of this website. Medi-Tag will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the website and accepts no liability of any kind for any loss or damage from action taken or taken in reliance on material or information contained on the site. If we are informed of any inaccuracies in the material on the website we will attempt to correct the inaccuracies as soon as we reasonably can.

This website and its contents should not be used to diagnose a health problem, or as a means of determining treatment. This website should not be used as a replacement for advice from a medical professional.

This website may provide for your convenience external links, however as Medi-Tag has no control over such websites and resources, you agree that links to third party websites are provided solely for your convenience, and that Medi-Tag is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources and is not liable for their content.  If you decide to access any third party websites linked to the website you do so entirely at your own risk, and you agree not to hold Medi-Tag liable for any disputes you may have with such Third Party Suppliers. Please contact us if you would like to link to this website or would like to request a link to your website.

Limitations of Liability
You must bear the risks associated with the use of the internet, and agree the website is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. You agree that Medi-Tag, its partners, directors, and associated persons shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party, as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to your access and use of the website, any information contained on the website, your personal information or material and information transmitted over our system. In particular, neither Medi-Tag nor any third party or data or content provider shall be liable in any way to you or to any other person, firm or corporation whatsoever for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever arising from any delays, inaccuracies, errors in, or omissions or the transmission thereof, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon or occasioned thereby or by reason of non-performance or interruption, or termination thereof.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Medi-Tag, its partners, directors, and associated persons, harmless from all liabilities, claims and expenses that arise out of the content you submit, post or transmit via this website, or from your use/misuse of the site or the use/misuse by any person for whom you are responsible or from your violation of the terms and conditions.
 
Delivery
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.

Once you have placed an order, if we are unable to ship any part of it, we may at our sole discretion, either send you part of the order that is in stock or remove item(s) from the order - a refund will be given on those item(s) removed from the order. All deliveries are estimated dates only and not guaranteed.

In order to confirm that an order shipped via post has been lost, we must wait 15 working days before resending or refunding the cost of the order, subject to the discretion of Medi-Tag. Most lost items are located within the postal system within this period of time. If your item is lost or undelivered, you should contact your local Delivery Office to see if they are holding the order, having already tried unsuccessfully to deliver it to you.

We accept no responsibility if your order is stopped by international customs.

Returns
Medical ID Products – Cancellation Rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 do not apply to personalised goods and we are unable to issue refunds.   This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
 
Non Medical ID Products - If returning goods, it is your responsibility to return them to within 7 days of receipt of them. After this date, it falls solely within the discretion of Med-Tag if a return or exchange will be accepted. If accepted for refund, money will be refunded within 30 days.
 
Our current returns policy is detailed in Customer Services (Delivery & Returns). Any refunds due back to you will be refunded via the same means as when the order was placed and by no other methods.

Alteration
Medi-Tag may at any time modify any relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices. You acknowledge that by visiting the website from time to time, you shall become bound to the current version of the relevant terms and conditions (the "current version") and, unless stated in the current version, all previous versions shall be superseded by the current version. You shall be responsible for reviewing the then current version each time you visit the website.

Conflict
Where any conflict or contradiction appears between the provisions of these website terms and conditions and any other relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices, the other relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices which relate specifically to a particular section or module of the website shall prevail in respect of your use of the relevant section or module of the website.

Severability
All provisions of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices are, notwithstanding the manner in which they have been grouped together or linked grammatically, severable from each other. Any provision of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices, which is or becomes unenforceable in any jurisdiction, whether due to voidness, invalidity, illegality, unlawfulness or for any reason whatever, shall, in such jurisdiction only and only to the extent that it is so unenforceable, be treated as pro non scripto and the remaining provisions of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall remain in full force and effect.
 
Cession
Medi-Tag shall be entitled to cede, assign and delegate all or any of its rights and obligations in terms of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices to any third party.

Applicable laws
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
